Fancy exploring Schwabing on two wheels? No problem! We offer our in-house bikes for rent – easy and stylish. Depending on availability, you can get one for just €15 per day and bike. Grab one, explore Schwabing, and experience Munich like a true local.

Dogs welcome

City trip with your four-legged friend? No problem, as dogs are warmly welcomed here! Your loyal companion can join you for just €25 per day, and together you can explore Munich. Look forward to a pet-friendly getaway.

Car garage

In our underground garage with car lift (max. clearance height 2.10 m), you will find a secure spot for your car – subject to availability. The parking fee is 25 euros per day. Since it is a public parking garage, advance reservations are not possible, and we unfortunately cannot guarantee the availability of a parking space.

Electric car charging station

Traveling with an electric car? No problem! Our underground garage offers two electric charging stations where you can conveniently charge your car. For just €10 per day, your vehicle will be recharged.

Airport transfer

Airport transfer. We’d be happy to arrange a comfortable transfer to or from Munich Airport for you. The service costs €110 per trip and ensures a stress-free arrival or departure. Just let us know when you need it.

Start your day perfectly! Breakfast

Treat yourself in the morning with our delicious breakfast buffet for €19 per person. For little guests aged 4 to 12, breakfast is only €9.50, and children under 4 years old eat for free. Look forward to fresh delicacies, aromatic coffee, and the perfect start to a wonderful day in Munich.
