We accept payments in cash, by debit card, with all major credit cards, via SaferPay link, by advance bank transfer, or by proforma invoice.

What are the opening hours of the Geisel Hotels reservations department?
The reservations department is available Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 09:00 to 16:00. Our reservations team is happy to assist with room availability inquiries at +49 89 55137 8193. Outside these hours, our reception team is available at +49 89 551370.

Are there parking facilities?
You can park in the nearby Elisenhof underground car park at Luitpoldstraße 3, 80335 Munich, for €15.00 per 24 hours if you validate your parking ticket at our reception.
How is the public transport connection?
The main train station, as well as U-Bahn and S-Bahn, are reachable within a few minutes on foot.
Is there a transfer service from Munich Airport to the hotel?

Breakfast
If breakfast is not included in the rate, it can be booked in advance for €25 or on-site for €29, per person per day.
How much does breakfast cost for children?
Children up to 3 years old have breakfast for free. From 4 to 12 years, breakfast costs €12 per day; from 13 years onwards, the regular price of €29/€25 with advance booking applies.

Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays: 06:30 – 11:00
What type of breakfast is offered?
Our breakfast buffet offers a tempting selection of dishes for an energetic start to the day: crispy bread, sweet pastries, smoked salmon, creamy cream cheese, crisp vegetables, yogurt with muesli, fresh fruits, and fresh eggs. A balanced breakfast that delights every guest.

Please have a credit card ready to guarantee the booking. International guests also need a valid ID or passport.

Check-out is possible until 12:00.
Is a late check-out possible?
We offer late check-out upon request, subject to availability, for an additional fee.

You can store your luggage with us.
Green Option – €10 Stay-and-Save Voucher
Environmental protection and nature conservation are close to our hearts. For years, we have been committed to sustainable practices and resource conservation. With our Green Option, you can opt out of daily room cleaning during your stay, saving water, cleaning products, and energy. Please inform us at check-in if you wish to participate. All rooms are equipped with a capsule coffee machine that also provides hot water for tea and other hot drinks. High-quality Dallmayr coffee capsules and teas are available (except in Classic Single and Classic Double rooms).

Smoking is not permitted in the hotel.
Are pets allowed?
Your dog is welcome! For €35.00 per pet per night, your dog can accompany you. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate other pets.
Are extra beds available?
Depending on the room category, extra beds are available for €80.00 per night and bed.
