1. Processing of your personal data within the scope of the competition
We process your personal data for the proper execution and handling of the competition, in particular for the delivery of the prize. For the execution of the competition, the participant’s first and last name as well as their address will be collected. Your data will not be passed on to third parties. The legal basis for this processing of your personal data is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures and fulfillment of a contract).
2. Storage period
After the competition has ended and the winner has been drawn, your personal data processed in connection with the competition will be deleted.
3. Your data subject rights
Applicable data protection law grants you the following rights, provided the respective statutory requirements are met:

Terms and Conditions of Participation
Platform exclusion
The competition is not sponsored, supported, or administered by Instagram or Facebook.

Eligibility to participate
Eligible to participate are natural persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years of age. Employees of the organizer, the client, affiliated companies, as well as relatives of such employees and their family members, are excluded.
Participation with fake identities or identities of third parties is not permitted. Participation via competition associations, automated services, or other service providers is not permitted. Persons who are not eligible to participate are not entitled to win. If the winner turns out to be ineligible, the prize may be revoked or reclaimed.
Start and end of the competition
Start: 01.12.2024
End: 31.12.2024
Prize description
During the Advent Calendar Competition 2024, one prize will be raffled daily among all participants within the above promotional period.
Date of prize draw
The prize draw will take place on the day following the end of the competition.
Rules for determining winners
Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged, and will not be paid out in cash. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the prize. In such cases, winners will receive an appropriate replacement prize. Winners will be determined by random draw among all participants. Each participant may only win once.
Prize distribution
Prizes will either be sent to the winner by post or collected/redeemed on site at the hotel or restaurant.
Notification of winners
Winners will be notified via direct message on the respective platform.
Exclusion of liability for material and legal defects
The prize is offered by the organizer “as is” without any warranty or guarantee. The organizer expressly excludes any liability for material or legal defects of the prize.
Limitation of liability
The organizer is not liable for damages arising from the prize or participation in the competition, unless the organizer caused the damage intentionally or through gross negligence.
Indemnification
The participant indemnifies the organizer against all claims of third parties arising from or in connection with participation in the competition.
Termination of the competition
The organizer reserves the right to terminate the competition prematurely at any time and without giving reasons. This may apply in particular in the event of important reasons such as technical problems, unforeseen events, violations of the terms of participation, or low participant interest. In the event of early termination, participants will be informed as soon as possible. Legal recourse is excluded.

Legal recourse is excluded.
Severability clause
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be invalid or void, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid or void provision, a new provision shall apply that comes as close as possible to the purpose and intent of the invalid or void provision.
