Terms and Conditions for Participation

This competition is not sponsored, supported, or administered by Instagram or Facebook.

Eligibility for Participation in the Competition:

Eligible to participate are natural persons who reside in Germany and are at least 18 years old. Employees of the organizer, client, and affiliated companies, as well as their family members and relatives, are excluded from participation.

Participation with false identities or third-party identities is not allowed. Participation via competition clubs, automated services, or other service providers is not permitted. Ineligible persons are not entitled to win. If the winner is an ineligible person, the prize may be revoked or reclaimed.

Start and End of the Competition:

Start: 01.12.2024
End: 31.12.2024

Prize Description:

A prize will be drawn daily from all participants of the Advent Calendar Competition 2024 during the above-mentioned campaign period.

Date of Prize Drawing:

The day following the end of the competition.

Rules for Determining the Winners:

Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged, or redeemed for cash. The organizer is entitled to change the prize. In this case, the winners will receive a reasonable substitute prize. Winners will be selected randomly from all participants. Each participant is only eligible for one prize.

Method of Prize Distribution:

Prizes will either be sent by post to the winner or can be picked up at the hotel or restaurant.

Prize Notification:

Winners will be notified via direct message on the respective platform.

Liability Exclusion for Material and Legal Defects:

The prize is offered by the organizer "as is" and "available" without any warranty or guarantee. The organizer expressly excludes any liability for material or legal defects of the prize.

Limitation of Liability:

The organizer is not liable for any damages resulting from the prize or participation in the competition, unless the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the organizer.

Indemnity:

The participant agrees to indemnify the organizer from all third-party claims arising out of or in connection with participation in the competition.

Termination of the Competition:

The organizer reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time without providing reasons. This may occur, particularly due to technical problems, unforeseen events, violations of the terms and conditions, or low participation interest. In the case of an early termination, participants will be informed as soon as possible. Legal recourse is excluded.

Exclusion of Legal Recourse:

Legal recourse is excluded.

Severability Clause:

If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid or void, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected. The invalid or void provision will be replaced by a new provision that comes as close as possible to the meaning and purpose of the invalid or void provision.
