HOTELFACHMANN / HOTELFACHFRAU

Hotel specialists are the all-rounders in the hotel – they are familiar with all departments of the establishment and always keep an overview of the interfaces. The focus of their training is on reservations and reception, which is also clearly reflected in the final exam.

KOCH/KÖCHIN

Chefs are the experts in the kitchen. They take on all tasks necessary for the preparation of meals – from shopping and storing ingredients, to checking the goods, coordinating the sequence of dishes, and creatively presenting the meals.

FACHMANN / FACHFRAU FÜR RESTAURANTS UND VERANSTALTUNGSGASTRONOMIE

Experts in restaurant and event catering are the first point of contact for guests. They are responsible for planning and organizing events, coordinating the service process, as well as advising and taking care of the guests.
