What are the terms for changes and cancellations?

Can vouchers be ordered?

What payment options are available?
Payments can be made in cash, with debit cards, all major credit cards, via SaferPay link, on account, or through bank transfer and pro forma invoice.

Are long-term rates available?

When is the reservation team available?
The reservation team is available Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Fridays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Outside these hours, our reception team can assist at +49 89 700 746 700.

Arrival

What is the destination address for navigation systems?
For navigation, please use the address Rindermarkt 22, 80331 Munich, as BEYOND is located in the pedestrian zone. The entrance is discreetly situated to the left of the Hugendubel bookstore.

Is parking available?
Parking is available for 40 Euro per day at the public parking garage at Rindermarkt. The address for navigation is Rindermarkt 16, 80331 Munich.

How accessible is public transportation?
The Marienplatz S-Bahn and U-Bahn station is just a few meters away via the Rindermarkt exit.

Can a transfer from the airport to the hotel be booked?
Yes, we can arrange a transfer to or from Munich Airport for up to four people at 110 Euro.

What are the restaurant’s hours of operation?
You can order from the menu 24/7.

Is there a hotel bar?
In our open lounge area, we are happy to prepare long drinks, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for you.

We are happy to offer gluten-free and lactose-free options upon request and subject to availability.

Is there a lunch and dinner menu?

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM onwards. As our reception is staffed 24/7, you can check in at any time.

Is early check-in available?
Early check-in can be arranged upon request and is subject to availability.

What documents are required for check-in?
To guarantee the booking, we kindly ask you to provide a credit card. International guests will also need to present a passport or ID card.

Until what time can I check out?
Check-out is available until 12:00 PM.

Is late check-out available?
Late check-out is offered for an additional fee and is subject to availability.

Can luggage be stored?
We are happy to store luggage for our BEYOND guests.

What is the minimum age for children to stay?
BEYOND is exclusively for guests aged 13 years and older.

Can guests smoke in the rooms?
BEYOND is a non-smoking hotel with exclusively non-smoking rooms. A fee of 200 Euro will be charged for violations.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted.

Are extra beds available?
Unfortunately, extra beds are not available.

What should I do if I lose something at the hotel?

How can I get to the hotel from the main train station?
You can reach Marienplatz from the main station in just a few minutes using any S-Bahn line. Alternatively, BEYOND is accessible by taxi or a 15-minute walk.

History of Marienplatz
Marienplatz began as a simple crossroads. It connected the salt trade route with paths between Sendling and Schwabing. Monks settled along this route, giving Munich its name apud munichen. For centuries, Marienplatz served as Munich's central marketplace.
