The BEYOND by Geisel is Munichs first luxury residence directly at the Marienplatz. The guests shall feel like home when staying in the residence. Since May 2018 the SCHWABINGER WAHRHEIT by Geisel in the Hohenzollernstraße is open for its guests. The modern Hybrid-Hotel with 80 guestrooms and a local reference in the design combines useful element with all aspects of a comfort hotel. In addition, there will be sleeping- bunks- with TV, lockable luggage shelf and en suite bathroom. Other amenities will be a cosy Lounge and Bar area, a restaurant and a modern fitness area with outdoor jacuzzi.

The Hotel Königshof is scheduled for demolition at the beginning of 2019, to make way for something new. It will be replaced by the new luxury hotel Königshof on the same site, but then with ten floors and around 105 rooms and suites. The new hotel will have not only an eye-catching front: the Spanish architects Nieto Sobejano Arquitectos, under the management of Fuensanta Nieto and Enrique Sobejano, and with project manager Johannes Hanf, gained the commission for the façade as one of the three winners in the planning competition for the new Königshof.

The Werneckhof by Geisel is a traditional Munich restaurant serving two seven-course menus. The cuisine style of Tohru Nakamura combines the best of two culinary worlds: classic European haute cuisine sets the foundation, Japanese accents form the character of his style. The focus is on a few first-class basic products, which come largely from local suppliers. The well-stocked wine list includes around 600 items, with a focus on Europe's classic growing regions.
